List of Current Sub-processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. Area 1 Security shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors for the Services identified in Appendix 3 of the Standard Contractual Clauses attached hereto. Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location (“Infrastructure and Sub-processor Documentation”). Customer may find on Area 1 Security’s Trust and Compliance webpage (also accessible via ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ 1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ under the “Trust and Compliance Documentation” link) the Infrastructure and Sub-processor Documentation as well as a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribe, and if Customer subscribes, Area 1 Security shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.
