List of Current Sub. processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. A current list of Sub-processors for the Services, including the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location is attached hereto on Appendix 3 of Attachment 1 (“Sub-processor List”). Customer may receive notifications of new Sub-processors by emailing ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with the subject “Subscribe” and the appropriate contact information included in the body of the email, and if a Customer contact subscribes, RSSBUS shall provide the subscriber with notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Software and/or Services.
