Common use of List of Current Sub Clause in Contracts

List of Current Sub. processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. The current list of Sub- processors used by ClickDimensions is located here: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/hc/en- us/sections/360009048952-Subprocessors (“Sub-processor List”) and Customer consents to the use of such Sub-processors as of the date of this DPA. In addition, Customer hereby grants ClickDimensions a general authorization to utilize new sub-processors in accordance with the process below. If Customer subscribes to the mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors, ClickDimensions shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services.
