List of Documents to be Incorporated into the Contract. This “Agreement” consists of the Home Improvement Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, the California Supplement, any and all Invoices, the Notice of Cancellation form, and any documents, drawings or Change Orders referenced in any part of this Agreement.

Such termination right will expire at the earlier of (i) one (1) week prior to your scheduled Project installation date or (ii) one (1) month after we inform you in writing of the revised size or cost.

  • Schedules Incorporated The Schedules annexed hereto are hereby incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement with the same effect as if set forth in the body hereof.

  • Pricing Instrument; Execution and Incorporation of Terms The parties hereto will enter into this Indenture by executing the Pricing Instrument. By executing the Pricing Instrument, the Indenture Trustee, the Registrar, the Transfer Agent, the Paying Agent, the Calculation Agent and the Trust hereby agree that the Indenture will constitute a legal, valid and binding agreement between the Indenture Trustee, the Registrar, the Transfer Agent, the Paying Agent, the Calculation Agent and the Trust.   • Incorporation of Prompt Payment Policy Statement into Contracts The provisions of this Exhibit shall apply to all Payments as they become due and owing pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, notwithstanding that NYSERDA may subsequently amend its Prompt Payment Policy by further rulemaking.

  • Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. The Contractor may obtain such additional sets of Contract Documents, as the Contractor deems necessary and shall pay the cost of reproduction of such additional sets to the Design Professional.

  • Schedules to the Contract Any schedule to this Contract may be amended or additional schedules may be included, as deemed necessary from time to time by agreement between the parties to this Contract. Each schedule and any amendments thereto shall be dated and signed by the parties to this Contract.
