List of Material Contracts. Set forth on Schedule 3.6 (a) is a list of all contracts, agreements, documents, instruments, guarantees, plans, understandings or arrangements, written or oral, which require the payment of $50,000 or more in any twelve-month period, or do not require payment but which are otherwise material to the business of the Sellers, as currently conducted, or to the Purchased Assets or the Assumed Liabilities (collectively, the "MATERIAL CONTRACTS"). True copies of all written Material Contracts and written summaries of all oral Material Contracts described or required to be described on Schedule 3.6(a) have been furnished to the Buyer.
