All terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of April 30, 1998, between Seller and Purchaser for the Properties. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Personal Property, subject as aforesaid, unto Purchaser, its successors and assigns. Seller, for itself, its successors and assigns, does hereby warrant and will forever defend title to the Personal Property unto Purchaser, its successors and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons, claiming by, through or under Seller, but not otherwise.
