Section 3.4(b) of the Internet America Disclosure Letter sets forth all Internet America Subsidiaries (other than AcquisitionSub) and the ownership interest of such Internet America Subsidiary held, directly or indirectly, by Internet America. Internet America’s Subsidiaries are not in violation of their respective organizational documents.
