List of Subsidiaries. A true and complete list of all Subsidiaries of the Company is set forth in Schedule 3.01(b), together with a description of each Subsidiary’s (i) jurisdiction of organization, (ii) outstanding capital stock (or other equity, membership, partnership or economic interest) and the holders thereof, and (iii) officers and directors. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.01(b), neither the Company nor any Subsidiary directly or indirectly owns, beneficially or of record, any capital stock (or other equity, membership, partnership or economic interest) in any Person.
