Listed Securities. As of the date hereof, the Common Stock of the Company is quoted on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Company has not received any written notice with respect to the delisting of its Common Stock from NASDAQ. The Company will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with all quantitative and qualitative requirements of the NASDAQ Marketplace Rules to the extent such compliance is within the control of the Company.
Listed Securities. The quoted investments held by the Group at the Completion Accounts Date will be valued at market value as at the Completion Accounts Date.
Listed Securities. The New York Stock Exchange has authorized the listing of the Securities.
