Common use of Lists and Records Clause in Contracts

Lists and Records. All lists, records and other information and data pertaining to accounts, personnel and referral sources, suppliers, customers and research activities pertaining to the other Transferred Assets and drawings, reports, studies, plans, books, ledgers, files and business and accounting records relating to such Transferred Assets of every kind (including all financial, business and marketing plans), in each case whether evidenced in writing, electronic data, computer software or otherwise.
