Common use of Lists of Owners Clause in Contracts

Lists of Owners. The Company shall have the right to inspect transfer records of the Depositary and its agents, take copies thereof and require the Depositary and its agents to supply copies of such portion of such records as the Company may request in writing. Upon request by the Company, the Depositary shall, as promptly as practicable furnish to the Company a list, as of a recent date, of the names, addresses and holdings of American Depositary Shares by all persons in whose names Receipts are registered on the books of the Depositary.
