Common use of Lists of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase any Subsidiary in respect of the last six months) at least Oil and Gas Properties expected to account for 80% of the revenues for the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Borrowers Oil and Gas Properties in the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholethree month period immediately preceding the effective date of the most recent Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase any Restricted Subsidiary in respect of the last six months) at least Oil and Gas Properties expected to account for 80% of the revenues for the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Borrowers Oil and Gas Properties in the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholethree month period immediately preceding the effective date of the most recent Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently In connection with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any other Credit Party accounting for at least 8075% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers sale of all Hydrocarbons by the Borrower and the Subsidiaries, taken other Credit Parties in the six-month period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 (commencing with the Reserve Report as of June 30, 2017), a list of all Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons in excess of $1,000,000 from any Group Member (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% or, with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Group Member, a list of the Hydrocarbons from operators of such properties) during the Borrowers and two Fiscal Quarters ending as the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholedate of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 8070% of the Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholeBorrower or any Restricted Subsidiary.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with Promptly upon written request of the Administrative Agent at any time after the delivery of any a Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12hereunder, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Parent or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 8085% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period (or such shorter period that the Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary has been generating revenues from the sale of Hydrocarbons) prior to the “as a wholeof” date of the Reserve Report most recently delivered.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons from any Co-Borrower or any Subsidiary accounting for at least eighty percent (or did purchase 80%) of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the last six months) at least 80% one year period prior to the “as of” date of the Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholesuch Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons from any Loan Party accounting for at least ninety-five percent (or did purchase 95%) of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons of all the Loan Parties in the last six months) at least 80% one-year period prior to the “as of” date of the Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholesuch Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in purchasing Hydrocarbons from the last six months) Borrower and its Subsidiaries reasonably expected to account for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Subsidiaries, taken Mortgaged Properties in the quarter following the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.125.14, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any each December 31 Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11(a), a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% of the purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers Borrower and the Subsidiaries, taken Restricted Subsidiaries reasonably expected to account for at least eighty percent (80%) of the revenues resulting from the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Mortgaged Properties in the quarter following the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 (commencing with the Reserve Report as of October 1, 2022), a list of all Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons in excess of $1,000,000 from any Group Member (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% or, with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Group Member, a list of the Hydrocarbons from operators of such properties) during the Borrowers and two Fiscal Quarters ending as the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholedate of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any of its Subsidiaries accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of the most recent Reserve Report delivered pursuant to Section 8.12.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 8085% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any each December 31 Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.12(a), a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in purchasing Hydrocarbons from the last six months) Borrower and its Subsidiaries reasonably expected to account for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Subsidiaries, taken Mortgaged Properties in the quarter following the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.”

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to Promptly following the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12Agent’s request therefor, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any each December 31 Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11(a), a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in purchasing Hydrocarbons from the last six months) Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries reasonably expected to account for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Subsidiaries, taken Mortgaged Properties in the quarter following the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.125.13, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 (commencing with the Reserve Report as of October 1, 2018), a list of all Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons in excess of $1,000,000 from any Group Member (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% or, with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Group Member, a list of the Hydrocarbons from operators of such properties) during the Borrowers and two Fiscal Quarters ending as the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholedate of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12SECTION 8.2, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the "as a wholeof" date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.125.12, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from Company or did purchase in the last six months) any Subsidiary accounting for at least 8085% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the "as a wholeof" date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 (commencing with the Reserve Report as of June 30, 2016), a list of all Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons in excess of $1,000,000 from any Group Member (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% or, with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Group Member, a list of the Hydrocarbons from operators of such properties) during the Borrowers and two Fiscal Quarters ending as the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholedate of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 (commencing with the Reserve Report as of December 31, 2024), a list of all Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons in excess of $1,000,000 from any Group Member (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% or, with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Group Member, a list of the Hydrocarbons from operators of such properties) during the Borrowers and two Fiscal Quarters ending as the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholedate of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any each March 1 Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.12(a), a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in purchasing Hydrocarbons from the last six months) Borrower and its Subsidiaries reasonably expected to account for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Subsidiaries, taken Mortgaged Properties in the quarter following the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 (commencing with the Reserve Report as of December 31, 2024), a list of all Persons who purchase purchasing Hydrocarbons in excess of $100,000.00 from any Group Member (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% or, with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Group Member, a list of the Hydrocarbons from operators of such properties) during the Borrowers and two Fiscal Quarters ending as the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholedate of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 in connection with a Scheduled Redetermination, a list of all Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% of the purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries who collectively account for at least eighty-five percent (85.0%) of the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholerevenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons by the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries during the then most recently completed fiscal quarter.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11 in connection with a Scheduled Redetermination, a list of all Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% of the purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries who collectively account for at least eighty five percent (85%) of the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholerevenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons by the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries during the then most recently completed fiscal quarter.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any each December 31 Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11(a), a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in purchasing Hydrocarbons from the last six months) Borrower and its Subsidiaries reasonably expected to account for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Subsidiaries, taken Mortgaged Properties in the quarter following the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.128.11, a list of all Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons 80 from the Borrower or did purchase any Subsidiary produced from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries included in the last six months) at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons from the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries, taken as a wholelatest Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any of its Subsidiaries accounting for at least 8085% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of the most recent Reserve Report delivered pursuant to Section 8.12.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently If reasonably requested in connection with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken six-month period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently If requested in connection with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Subsidiary accounting for at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.127.12, a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last six months) purchasing Hydrocarbons from any Loan Party accounting for at least 8095% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons of all the Subsidiaries, taken Loan Parties in the one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery Promptly upon written request of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12Agent, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 8085% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of each Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the any delivery of any a Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to under Section 8.128.11, a list of Persons who purchase (purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or did purchase in the last six months) any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 8085% of the Hydrocarbons revenues resulting from the Borrowers and sale of all Hydrocarbons in the Subsidiaries, taken one-year period prior to the “as a wholeof” date of such Reserve Report.
