Common use of Lists Clause in Contracts

Lists. The Agency shall furnish to the Association, on a monthly basis, a current alphabetical listing of the names, home addresses, home phone numbers when available, Report Distribution Code (SACU, or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Cottage), employee identification numbers, classifications, full-time equivalency, monthly rate of pay, gross monthly pay, recognized service date, and agency service date. New hires and terminations shall be indicated on the listing. The Employer will provide the lists in Microsoft Excel format or compatible format.
