Common use of Lists Clause in Contracts

Lists. Following a reduction in workforce, affected employees shall be placed on a recall list ranked by District seniority and shall be notified as openings occur. The names of all employees placed on a recall list shall remain on that list for twenty-seven (27) months unless they are: 1. Recalled from the list into a position which compensates them at a level they previously held (VIII.7.4) 2. Properly stricken (VIII.7.3)
