Litigation and Attorney Fees. In case Landlord or Tenant shall be made a party to any litigation commenced by or against the other, or its agents, contractors, customers or employees, such party shall protect and hold the other harmless therefrom, and shall pay all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees (at all tribunal levels) incurred or paid by the other in connection with such litigation.
