Common use of Litigation; Attorneys' Fees Clause in Contracts

Litigation; Attorneys' Fees. A. In the event litigation arising out of the Agreement should be initiated by any Party hereto, the prevailing Party, after the entry of a final non-appealable order, shall be entitled to recover from the other Party, as a part of said judgment, all court costs, fees and expenses of such litigation, including reasonable aftomeys' fees.
