Common use of Litigation Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Litigation Cooperation. From the date hereof and continuing through the termination of this Agreement, make available to Lender, without expense to Lender, Borrower and its officers, employees and agents and Borrower’s books and records, to the extent that Lender may deem them reasonably necessary to prosecute or defend any third-party suit or proceeding instituted by or against Lender with respect to any Collateral or relating to Borrower.

Litigation Cooperation. From the date hereof and continuing through the termination of this Agreement, make available to Lender, without expense to Lender, Borrower and its officers, employees and agents and Borrower▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s books and records, to the extent that Lender may deem them reasonably necessary to prosecute or defend any third-party suit or proceeding instituted by or against Lender with respect to any Collateral or relating to Borrower.

From the date hereof and continuing through the termination of this Agreement, make available to Lender, without expense to LenderLender and upon reasonable prior notice and at no more than a reasonable frequency, Borrower and its officers, employees and agents and Borrower’s books and records, to the extent that Lender may deem them reasonably necessary to prosecute or defend any third-party suit or proceeding instituted by or against Lender with respect to any Collateral or relating to Borrower.

From the date hereof and continuing through the termination of this Agreement, the Borrower shall make available to the Lender, without expense to the Lender, Borrower and its officers, employees and agents and the Borrower’s books and records, to the extent that Lender may reasonably deem them reasonably necessary to prosecute or defend any third-party suit or proceeding instituted by or against the Lender with respect to any Collateral or Security interest relating to Borrowerthe Borrower and granted pursuant to the Security Agreements.
