Litigation Fees. The Drainage Authority shall also pay the Company an additional amount calculated at the rate of $120/hour (the “Litigation Fee”) for work performed for each Viewer’s time spent at any appearances required of any of the Viewers in court regarding the Services or reports provided under this Agreement, or any work provided as part of an appeal.
