Common use of Litigation Update Clause in Contracts

Litigation Update. From the date hereof until the Closing Date, The Limited agrees to promptly notify Parent of any claims, actions, suits or investigations (arbitration or otherwise) commenced against, or to the Knowledge of The Limited and Seller, threatened, against the Company or any Subsidiary, The Limited or Seller, or any of their Affiliates, before any court or arbitrator or any governmental body or agency which in any manner challenges or seeks to prevent, enjoin, alter or materially delay the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
