Lively Link. Lively Link is an optional service that allows you to authorize contacts to have access to information about your Lively Urgent Response enabled-Apple Watch and Service. The information authorized contacts may access includes your current location, your “zone” locations for the past 7 days, your Lively Urgent Response enabled Apple Watch’s power status, and up to 30 days of logged calls to Lively Urgent Response. Authorized contacts may access this information through the Lively Link smartphone or web app. You may add or remove authorized contacts at any time through the Lively Link web app at ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. To the extent you use the Lively Link with your Apple Watch, you are also subject to Lively Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein. Your authorized contacts will have access to your information such as current and prior location history (including some limited history regarding frequency and duration of time away from home), current and prior battery levels, and device usage (e.g., whether device is being used and whether any calls for assistance were made). Authorized contacts will also be alerted if you contact our Urgent Response team. Authorized contacts may access this information through the Lively Link smartphone or web app. You may add or remove authorized contacts at any time through the Lively Link web app or through My Account.   • Company Car Throughout the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to the exclusive use of a company car of at least the same type and quality as that furnished to Employee as of the date of this Agreement. Employer shall replace such company car from time to time with new vehicles, such that the company car provided to Employee shall at no time be older than two (2) years. All expenses of maintenance, operation and insurance shall be paid by Employer or reimbursed by Employer to Employee.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Mobility The ability to move indoors from room to room on level surfaces at the normal place of residence.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero). N = Result not acceptable, Bias > +/- 50% or the reported result is not statistically positive at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty <= 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, includes zero).
