LNG Production System Completion Sample Clauses

The "LNG Production System Completion" clause defines the criteria and process for determining when the liquefied natural gas (LNG) production system is considered fully constructed, tested, and ready for commercial operation. This typically involves specifying technical standards, performance benchmarks, and inspection procedures that must be met before the system is accepted as complete. For example, the clause may require successful completion of commissioning tests and regulatory approvals. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a clear, objective standard for system completion, thereby reducing disputes and facilitating a smooth transition to operational phases.
