Common use of Load and Equipment Limits Clause in Contracts

Load and Equipment Limits. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises which exceeds the load per square foot which such floor was designed to carry, as determined by Landlord or Landlord’s structural engineer. The cost of any such determination made by Landlord’s structural engineer shall be paid for by Tenant upon demand. Tenant shall not install business machines or mechanical equipment which cause noise or vibration to such a degree as to cause unreasonable distress to Landlord or other Building tenants. Landlord has reviewed and approved the mechanical plan for Tenant’s leasehold improvements which are attached as Exhibit A-4.
