Common use of Loading Areas Clause in Contracts

Loading Areas. All vehicle loading and unloading in connection with an Owner’s business shall be conducted upon his Site, and sufficient space shall be provided therefor. Loading Areas shall be screened from view from streets and adjoining properties by a visual barrier not less than six (6) feet in height. Except with the prior written approval of the Architectural Control Committee, loading areas shall not be located between any Building and any street or any closer than seventy-five (75) feet to the right-of-way line of any street.
