Common use of Loading Dock Clause in Contracts

Loading Dock. 1. All material deliveries must be made through the loading dock and must be transported directly to the job site. The contactor may not use the passenger elevators for the transportation of materials at any time. 2. All vehicles are to be removed from the dock as soon as the delivery is complete. Unattended vehicles will be towed at the contractor’s expense.
