Common use of Loan Commitment Amount Clause in Contracts

Loan Commitment Amount. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Initial Term-A Loans made to the Borrower under the Existing Credit Agreement shall continue as Initial Term-A Loans made to the Borrower under this Agreement with each Lender's share of Term-A Loans being set forth opposite its name on SCHEDULE II hereto under the Term-A Loan column, or set forth in a Lender Assignment Agreement under the Term-A Loan column, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof.
