Common use of Loan Document, etc Clause in Contracts

Loan Document, etc. This Agreement constitutes a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including the Credit Agreement and the 2007 Amendment) constitute the entire agreement among the Secured Parties, the Investor and the Parent Company with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties or understandings, whether oral, written or implied, as to the subject matter of this Agreement.
