Loans From Shareholders. The obligations to each of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, M.D. in the principal amount of $680,820.58 and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the principal amount of $100,000; provided, however, that the such obligations shall be amended and restated in the form of the Subordinated Promissory Note attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Note”).
