Common use of Lobby Signage Clause in Contracts

Lobby Signage. Subject to the terms of Section 9 of this Lease, provided that Tenant leases and is in occupancy of the entire Building, Tenant may install signage in the lobby of the Building that is visible from the exterior of the Building through the entry doors. Such signage shall be designed, constructed, installed, insured, maintained, repaired and removed from the lobby all at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant, at its cost, shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair or replacement of Tenant’s lobby signage. Landlord and Tenant have executed this Lease as of the day and year first above written.
