Common use of Local Charges Clause in Contracts

Local Charges. 7.1 The Charges for the Designated Services to be provided by Local Dell under this Local Country Agreement are set forth Schedule 4.1 to the Agreement and in Statement of Work No. 1 to this Local Country Agreement. All Charges for the Designated Services under this Local Country Agreement are set out in Schedule 4.1 in U.S. Dollars. 7.2 Local Dell will invoice Local GPI for the Designated Services under this Local Country Agreement in Euro. Each invoice shall be in the form of Annex 2 (Form of Invoice).
