Local consultation. 1 The UMC shall establish a system of local consultation with the unions. Consultations shall be held at least once a year on the general state of affairs in the area of employment.
Local consultation. Trade union members in the Local Consultation for Wageningen Research (POWR) will provisionally be compensated by employer for up to 6 hours on average per week (maximum 2 union members) from 1 September 2024 for the duration of this collective agreement, under the conditions that: - Employer and the POWR adopt regulations containing agreements on, among others, composition of the POWR, frequency of consultations, deadlines and decision-making. - The compensation will be reviewed and revised after the end of the CLA if the review shows that there is a need to do so.
Local consultation. In the spirit of partnership a significant amount of consultation should take place at a local level between on site management and Union representatives. Examples of the types of issues that may be dealt with at a local level have been provided to management and may include:

Local consultation. 10.2.1 The Employer’s Network Operations Manager and/ or the relevant Manager will consult with local Trade Union representatives once a quarter on local issues.
10.2.2 If, as a result of local consultation, a change to working arrangements or practice is agreed between the local manager and the local Trade Union representative, the proposed change will need to be submitted by the Trade Union to the General Manager in writing who will then present the proposed change to the appropriate Director for approval. No local agreement shall be implemented without approval from the appropriate Director.
