Local and municipal participation ensures complementary action to local efforts and ultimate regional success. State, local, and federal agency staff and individuals with expertise in Alliance issues from universities and research institutions, business, NGOs, stakeholder groups, and members of the public will be invited to participate in the work of the Issue Area Technical Teams.
