Common use of Local Preference Clause in Contracts

Local Preference. In accordance with the Local Preference Code, a preference may be given to (1) vendors or quoters having a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or (2) vendors or quoters having a permanent place of business in the Glades that are able to provide the goods and/or services to be utililized within the Glades.
