Local Registration. Reseller hereby agrees to cooperate with Paragon to the extent necessary for Paragon to register and establish Paragon’s full legal rights to the Trademarks, or any of them, in Reseller’s country, at such time as Paragon shall determine, and further agrees not to contest or take any action which would have the effect of impeding Paragon’s application for such registration or the successful completion of such registration of the Trademarks, or any of them. This obligation shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
