Local Representative. The employer shall guarantee 40 hours of work for the local rep- resentative, scheduled from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday inclusively and paid at his wage rate. In addition, it shall pay him the premium specified under Article 22.03, Subsection 2), Paragraph g).
