Local Service. Area Traffic does not include the limited inter-MTA traffic discussed in Section 5.4 or traffic that either Party originates to, or terminates from, an interexchange carrier providing either intraLATA or interLATA toll services, regardless of the originating and terminating end points of a call. All traffic that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ originates to, or terminates from, an interexchange carrier will be subject to access charges to be retained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
