Common use of Location and Access Clause in Contracts

Location and Access. Contractor acknowledges that there exists sufficient space on the Project Site(s) for the installation and operation of the Equipment. Agency shall take reasonable steps to protect such Equipment from harm, theft and misuse during the term of this Contract. Agency shall provide access to the Project Site(s) for Contractor to perform any function related to this Contract during regular business hours, or such other reasonable hours as may be requested by Contractor and acceptable to the Agency. Contractor shall be granted immediate access to make emergency repairs or corrections as it may, in its discretion, determine are needed. The Contractor's access to Project Site(s) to make emergency repairs or corrections as it may determine are needed shall not be unreasonably restricted by the Agency. Contractor shall immediately notify the Agency when emergency action is taken and follow up with written notice within three (3) business days specifying the action taken, the reasons therefore, and the impact upon the Project Site(s), if any.
