Common use of Location and Access Clause in Contracts

Location and Access. Customer shall provide sufficient space on the Premises for the installation and operation of the Equipment and shall take reasonable steps to protect such Equipment from harm, theft and misuse. Customer shall provide access to the Premises for ESCO to perform any function related to this Contract during regular business hours, or such other reasonable hours as may be requested by ESCO and acceptable to the Customer. The ESCO’s access to Premises to make emergency repairs or corrections as it may determine are needed shall not be unreasonably restricted by the Customer.
