Location and Scale of Project. The Agreement involves investigation, design and upgrading works for the 30 substandard features, distributed in Kowloon and Northern New Territories. Among them, 1 feature falls wholly within the Plover Cove Country Park, 2 features fall wholly within the Pat Sin Leng Country Park, and 2 features fall wholly or partly within Conservation Areas.
Location and Scale of Project. 1.4.1 CLS is located on the north and eastern shores of Penny’s Bay, Lantau. It has operated since 1964 and ceased operating in 2001. The only neighbourhood adjacent to the southeast of the subject shipyard is an existing CLP gas turbine electricity station. The location of CLS is shown in Figure 1.1. 1.4.2 CLS comprises 25 buildings of size ranging from 200m2 to 5,000m2 that spread over an area of 19 hectares. The boundary of the Project and the distribution of ACM are shown in Figure 1.2 and the usage of each building is described in Section 4.
Location and Scale of Project. Feature No. 3SE-B/C156 is located along Bride’s Pool Road, near ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Plover Cove Reservoir, Tai Po and falls within the ▇▇▇ Sin Leng Country Park. The location of this feature is presented in Figure 1.
Location and Scale of Project. 1.4.1 The ex-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Hospital is situated in Hong Fai Road, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. The site has been vacated upon the relocation of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Hospital to Tuen Mun since April 2012. Figure 1.1 shows the location of the ex-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Hospital. 1.4.2 The layout plan of ex-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Hospital is shown in Figure 1.2 and is comprised of Administration Block, North Block, South Block and Extension Block at the upper platform and Nurse Quarters, Sister Quarters, Menial Staff Quarters Block A and Block B at the lower platform. 1.4.3 The clinical waste incinerator and its associated flues, chimney, ducts and ductworks are located at the Upper G/F of Extension Block. The chimney goes vertically inside a void area from the Upper G/F to the roof top of the Extension Block. Location and Scale of Project. The Agreement involves investigation, design and upgrading works for the 60 substandard features distributed in Cheung Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. Among them, 9 features fall within Lantau South Country ▇▇▇▇ and 2 features fall wholly, or partially, within a Conservation Area on Lamma Island. This project profile includes the 9 features in Lantau only (Attachment A). A separate project profile has been prepared for the 2 features on Lamma Island. A general location plan (Drawing No. A1 in Attachment A) shows the location of all study slopes, with the designated features, including the 9 features in Lantau included in this project profile, highlighted.
Location and Scale of Project. 1.4.1 The pilot demonstration advanced treatment plant is the main works under this project. The plant will be located at an open space at the North-western corner of the SWHSTW. Apart from the core unit, it will include also a chlorination chamber and the associated pumping facilities. As this is a pilot scheme, the plant is designed for a very small treatment capacity of about 150 m3/day only. The plant occupies a footprint of about 200 m2, including a 50 sq. meter tanker loading area. It has a maximum height of 4 to 6 meters and all associated tanks will be covered for safety purpose and to minimize odour emission. 1.4.2 Figure 1 shows the schematic layout of the temporary pipeline connecting the pilot plant to the selected users. The size of the temporary pipeline will be less than 150 mm in diameter and the alignment of the associated piping will be laid, where possible, above ground and along existing foot path/roads. The total length of the pipeline will be about 2 km. 1.4.3 The following shows the process train of the advanced treatment: 1.4.4 The following shows the a list of the selected users. Their locations are showed in Figure 1. 1.4.5 The Scheme is scheduled to operate in July 2006 and to complete in October 2008 when all the fixtures built under the scheme will be dismantled and disposed of as necessary, including the removal of the pilot plant and associated facilities, all sections of temporary reclaimed water distribution pipelines above ground. The piping connections at selected users’ premises will be reverted back to the original arrangement.

  • Operation and Maintenance of Properties The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to: (a) operate its Oil and Gas Properties and other material Properties or cause such Oil and Gas Properties and other material Properties to be operated in a careful and efficient manner in accordance with the practices of the industry and in compliance with all applicable contracts and agreements and in compliance with all Governmental Requirements, including, without limitation, applicable proration requirements and Environmental Laws, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations of every other Governmental Authority from time to time constituted to regulate the development and operation of its Oil and Gas Properties and the production and sale of Hydrocarbons and other minerals therefrom, except, in each case, where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. (b) keep and maintain all Property material to the conduct of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted preserve, maintain and keep in good repair, working order and efficiency (ordinary wear and tear excepted) all of its material Oil and Gas Properties and other material Properties, including, without limitation, all material equipment, machinery and facilities. (c) promptly pay and discharge, or make reasonable and customary efforts to cause to be paid and discharged, all delay rentals, royalties, expenses and indebtedness accruing under the leases or other agreements affecting or pertaining to its Oil and Gas Properties and will do all other things necessary to keep unimpaired their rights with respect thereto and prevent any forfeiture thereof or default thereunder. (d) promptly perform or make reasonable and customary efforts to cause to be performed, in accordance with industry standards and in all material respects, the obligations required by each and all of the assignments, deeds, leases, sub-leases, contracts and agreements affecting its interests in its Oil and Gas Properties and other material Properties. (e) to the extent the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries is not the operator of any Property, the Borrower shall use reasonable efforts to cause the operator to comply with this Section 8.06.

  • Maintenance of Properties and Leases Each Loan Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain in good repair, working order and condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) in accordance with the general practice of other businesses of similar character and size, all of those properties useful or necessary to its business, and from time to time, such Loan Party will make or cause to be made all appropriate repairs, renewals or replacements thereof.
