Common use of Location Based Services Clause in Contracts

Location Based Services. You acknowledge andagree that your geo-location information must be provided to the Uber Services via a Device in order to provide Transportation Services. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) your geo-location information may be obtained by the Uber Services while the Driver App is running; and (b) the approximate location of your Vehicle will be displayed to the User before and during the provision of Transportation Services to such User. In addition, Company and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share with third parties Driver’s geo-location information obtained by the Driver App and Device for safety and security purposes.

Location Based Services. You acknowledge andagree and agree that your geo-location geo­location information must be provided to the Uber Services via a Device in order to provide Transportation Delivery Services. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) your geo-location geo­location information may be obtained by the Uber Services while the Driver Provider App is running; and (b) the your approximate location of your Vehicle will be displayed to the User and Delivery Recipient before and during the provision of Transportation Delivery Services to such the User. In addition, Company ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share with third parties Driver’s geo-location your geo­location information obtained by the Driver Provider App and Device for safety safety, security, technical, marketing and security commercial purposes, including to provide and improve their products and services.

In addition, Company and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share with third parties Driver’s your geo-location information obtained by the Driver Provider App and Device for safety and security purposes.
