  • Location of accounts Each Borrower shall promptly: (a) comply with any requirement of the Agent as to the location or re-location of the Accounts (or any of them); and (b) execute any documents which the Agent specifies to create or maintain in favour of the Security Trustee a Security Interest over (and/or rights of set-off, consolidation or other rights in relation to) the Accounts.

  • Location of Services The Purchaser’s data shall remain within the continental United States at all times and on computing and data storage devices residing therein. Contractor’s services shall be subject to the United States legal jurisdiction.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Customer shall inform the Company by email upon demand of the exact location of the Equipment while it is in the Customer’s possession.
