Common use of Location of Property Clause in Contracts

Location of Property. 2.1 The Assignor confirms and warrants that the Collateral shall be kept at TBD, London, Ontario more particularly described in Schedule "A" hereto, and that the Assignor shall not remove any of the Collateral from said location, without the prior written consent of the Assignee.
