Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Servicer referred to in Schedule 8.04(f) or, upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Servicer referred to in Schedule 8.04(f) or, upon 30 ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 shall have been taken and completed.

Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records records concerning the Purchased Receivables and all Contracts related thereto (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Servicer its address referred to in Schedule 8.04(f) subsection 11.2 or, upon 30 days’ ' prior written notice to the Administrative Managing Facility Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action actions required by Section 9.06 subsection 6.1(l) shall have been taken and completed.
