Location of responsibilities. When entering into this Agreement you are agreeing to comply with your responsibilities: (a) as laid out in this Agreement, (including the Resident’s Handbook, and the Student Accommodation Code of Conduct and associated policies that form part of this Agreement); and (b) as laid out in the General Student Regulations.
