Location of Stewards. Stewards who are either elected or appointed by either the members of the Union or the Union President will remain in the areas in which they were elected or appointed so far as possible. The Company shall have the right to assign the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to another area for a temporary period or permanently if the area is being permanently or temporarily closed or if the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ successfully bids to a job outside of the area.

  • Recognition of Stewards The Employer recognizes employees who are designated by the Union as stewards to act on behalf of the employees.

  • Location of Services The Purchaser’s data shall remain within the continental United States at all times and on computing and data storage devices residing therein. Contractor’s services shall be subject to the United States legal jurisdiction.

  • Rotation of Shifts Employees required to work rotating shifts (day, evening and night duty) shall be scheduled in such a way as to, as equitably as possible, assign the rotation equally. This does not preclude an Employee from being continuously assigned to an evening or night shift at the Employee’s request where such continuing assignment is acceptable to the Employer.

  • Evaluation of Students A teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of students within the grading policies of the District based upon professional judgment of available criteria pertinent to any given subject area or activity for which the teacher is responsible. No grade or evaluation shall be changed without consultation with the teacher.

  • Names of Stewards The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the name of each ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the department(s) he represents and the name of the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, before the Employer shall be required to recognize him.
