Location of the Closing Sample Clauses

The 'Location of the Closing' clause specifies the physical or virtual place where the finalization of a transaction, such as a sale or merger, will occur. This clause typically identifies a specific address, office, or may allow for remote closing via electronic means, depending on the parties' agreement.
