Location of the Project. The Project will be built within the geographic boundaries of City. Specific locations, and the timing of all construction, will be determined as part of the design and review process. The parties agree that Google intends to build the fiber network on a demand-driven basis, allowing the citizens of City to determine where and when the Project will be deployed.
