Location of the Project. 7.1. The Project shall be conducted by the Grant Recipient in such location or locations as shall be specified in the Scope of Work. The Grant Recipient shall not amend or add to such locations without first Notifying the Center of the reasons for such a change and obtaining the Center’s prior Approval.
