The population in Lomma municipality is expected to increase by 9.1% by 2022 and the population in Helsingborg municipality is expected to increase by 7.5% by the same year.4 Landskrona and Kävlinge are expected to grow at a slightly slower rate, by 5.1 and 5.8% respectively during the same period. 5 This suggests that there will continue to be a high demand for residential apartments in the region, as well as commercial premises in prime locations.
