Common use of Location of the Work Clause in Contracts

Location of the Work. 1. The Contractor shall provide office accommodation at the relevant sites during critical stages of the work being conducted during the development, test and implementation phases. 2. This accommodation shall provide space for two Inmarsat resident staff plus up to two temporary visiting staff. 3. Office accommodation shall include reasonable use of facilities including international telephone/facsimile lines, desktop PCs with Internet connection and office stationary.
