Location; Travel. Executive’s job will be based in Newport News, Virginia. FELLC reserves the right to change this location to any place within the United States as may be reasonably required from time to time for the proper performance of Executive’s duties. Executive agrees to travel on the business of the Company (both within the United States and abroad) as may be required for the proper performance of Executive’s duties.

Executive may be required to conduct reasonable travel in the course of the performance of his duties on behalf of the Company.
